Here's the thing when it comes to social missteps and unfair behavior in the workplace and other social settings...we are all the problem. But, here's the good news...we can all be the solution.

Contributing to and becoming a collective solution becomes possible when we engage in curious dialogue void of judgment. Doing so is not easy, but with the proper approach, DEI-focused programming can be fun, productive, and contribute to healthier social settings, both casual and professional.

My approach uses dialogue, of course, along with implicit bias, emotional intelligence, and a concept I call F.I.R.E.: Forgiveness - Intentionality - Radical Curiosity - Empathy. DEI concepts are beneficial. But, if we all buy into bringing a little F.I.R.E. into the workplace, we can remedy a lot of the minor issues that become big problems when left unattended. That said, let me set your workplace on F.I.R.E.
